This we are

- The Team of Dog Resort Moonbow

Stephanie

I'm the fastest here. No, no, not my owner Stephanie, but me: Blue, the Siberian Husky lady. Ten years ago, Mom took me to Cyprus and we raced through many a gorge and over some hills, with the dog scooter, on foot/paw, by bike or on rollerblades - until she decided to bring two more two-legged children into the world to want - now she's more likely to run after them. But there you go. She gives her deep love for animals to everyone - especially the strays... Now there are four of us here - not to mention the many cats, fish and chickens. I'm a bit older now, mum too, but we're always fit, love sports and games, cuddling and our, that is, my, little food. If I'm allowed to nibble on cat food or fresh meat, I'm overjoyed - my mum doesn't, she prefers human food, well. You are what you eat. We both look forward to our guests, the four-legged and the two-legged ones, because I just like everyone. Mom too - although she always says: "Animals are the better people". I think she's right.

Andreas

Dad and I are the protectors. I'm the strongest here and I'll take care of my family - no one will harm them as long as I'm around. My name is Ty and I guess I'm an English Pointer, but no one really knows because I was only two months old, more dead than alive and in a more than horrific condition, rescued from the scorching hot roadside and lovingly nursed back to life by Mom. I owe them my life and give them all my love - just like everyone gives me. I'm a cuddler before the Lord, but when I romp with dad, rags fly. Dad loves me and that's why I obey every word - or look or sign. But when they all leave the house, I'm really heartbroken, asking myself every second: "Will they come back to me?" (although of course I know that because they tell me and show me every day) but the fear is too deep inside me because people threw me off the truck when I was a puppy. I was so small...didn't hurt anyone. Mum and dad showed me that there are loving, animal-loving people in the world and they now want to pass on this love and closeness to others. I think that's great, but I'll always be careful - dad too.

Johanna & Simon & Marie & Yasemin

I'm the new one, just a year and a half old, but already fully integrated. Someone just threw me into mom and dad's chicken coop when I was a puppy. Because I didn't hurt the sweet cackling chickens, I was so incredibly cute, and they immediately fell madly in love, I was allowed to stay. Hooray! My name is Roxy and I'm probably a Pointer-Belgian Shepherd-Greyhound-Cyprus mix, or something like that, very docile, cuddly, but also as fast as an arrow. Fawn brown with a black muzzle and soon as fast as Blue. Johanna, Simon, Marie and Kim are our great help and also very, very nice people. They take great care of everything, especially us four-legged friends. They don't know any fear, nor do they need it, because each of us feels that they are good souls and love animals more than anything. You have had animals yourself for many years. or they still have. I'm very happy that all four of them are with us with their big dog hearts. Dad and mom think I need more training because I like to nibble, jump like a deer and spin like a whirlwind, and I'll do anything for a treat, even sit still.

and little Lennox & Leandro

Hello down here. Yes, yes, I should be a golden retriever, I am, absolutely, only as big or small as a dachshund. Why? Only Cyprus probably knows, because without mommy and daddy I probably wouldn't have been older than three months. I was abandoned in the mountains in the summer. I saw the car, felt the good souls and sped as fast as my short, young legs and wasted and dehydrated body would allow, following the couple down the street. Until they finally stopped. Zack - in love with shock. I had found mom and dad. Thanks dog. They called me Goldie with a lion heart: Nala. And then they gave me two babies in a row. Lennox and Leandro, boys with whom I was immediately allowed to cuddle. It doesn't bother me at all if they lie on me or stroke me from bottom to head, the only important thing is that they are there, I'm there and we all love each other.
